The 2009-2010 Executive Committee was appointed by the Board of Directors at the meeting on June 2, 2009.

Mandate:

• Serve as the chief managing body of CCAT;
• Initiate policies, practices, and regulations that it deems necessary and to recommend their adoption by the Board; and
• Perform such tasks and exercise such functions as may, from time to time, be determined by the Board.
