The 2011-2012 Executive Committee was appointed by the Board of Directors at the meeting on June 7, 2011.

Mandate:

• Serve as the chief managing body of CCAT;
• Initiate policies, practices, and regulations that it deems necessary and recommend their adoption by the Board; and
• Perform such tasks and exercise such functions as may, from time to time, be determined by the Board.
