The Council of Canadian Administrative Tribunals (CCAT) has made arrangements with the Hilton Lac-Leamy, 3 boulevard du Casino, Gatineau-Ottawa, Canada J8Y 6X4, (the site of the conference) for a block of rooms with a special rate for conference attendees.

These rooms will be available from June 25, 2008 to June 27, 2008. In order to have these special rates, please state that you are with the CCAT conference. The special room rate will be available until May 26 or until the group block is sold-out, whichever comes first.

Special Room Rate for CCAT Conference attendees:

• It is strongly recommended that reservations be made no later than May 26, 2008; reservations made after this date will be provided on a space and rate availability basis only.
• Room reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit, or be guaranteed with a major credit card. Deposits are refundable up to 4:00 pm, 24 hours prior to the day of arrival, if the reservation is cancelled and a cancellation number is obtained.
• Departure date may be updated until the time of check-in. Should an individual depart earlier than the confirmed date, the individual will pay an early departure fee equal to $50.00 (one time fee).
