The Supreme Court of Canada has published a decision with an important (but brief) on the development of administrative justice in Canada
   
Pritchard v. Ontario (Human Rights Commission) (2004) SCC 32
In this decision the Supreme Court of Canada confirmed the application of solicitor-client privilege to legal opinions prepared by an administrative agency's in-house counsel.
   
Federal Court of Canada: 2002FCT 1259: Rezaei v Canada (Minister of Citizenship and Immigration)
This is a decision involving the right of a Tribunal, in this case the Immigration and Refugee Board) to limit the the right of a consultant to represent clients before the Board.
   
Court of Appeal Quebec (No.500-09-009146-002)
This is an appeal by the Attorney General of Quebec of a trial decision that allowed the Barreau de Montreal's motion to strike down several sections of the Act respecting administrative justice (AAJ)
