CCAT is based in the National Capital Region and is administered by a Board of Directors and an Executive Committee. The Board is composed of members and senior staff from federal, provincial, and territorial tribunals as well as individuals with a special interest in administrative justice. Generally, half of the directors are elected at the Annual General Meeting for two-year terms.
The Executive Committee is composed of a chair, two vice-chairs, a secretary, a treasurer, and an executive director who manages the day-to-day business of CCAT. The Board of Directors appoints the members of the Executive Committee.
The organization is also supported by a number of New CCAT Committees that are dedicated to providing programs and resources to its members.
